Hotel shuttle
From the hotel directly to the slopes by hotel shuttle
Park your car in the hotel garage and leave it there for your stay if you want. You won’t really need it. After breakfast we will take you to the stations of the various ski lifts, no matter if you want to go to the Seceda or to the Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm. And in the afternoon we will come and fetch you again and take you back to the hotel in all comfort. This service is included in your arrangement. Many of our guests appreciate this service as they do not need to worry about road conditions, their whereabouts etc.
Ski pass Service
Ski pass at the reception of the Hotel Alpenheim
You tell us how many days you want to ski and we organise your ski pass. Gone are the times when you had to queue for ages in front of the ski pass office. It couldn’t be easier. No matter if you want a Dolomiti Superskipass or a Gardena Skicard, we have online
access to the ski pass office and will present you with an unforgettable ski-week directly at reception.
There you will also be given a map of the slopes, tips where best to ski and to stop for a drink or a meal. |

Ski Rental
Ski Rental directly at the hotel in Ortisei/St.Ulrich
You don’t want to bring along your ski gear? We can solve this problem. Through our ski service you can get the newest skis, the best carvers of the season directly at our hotel. Obviously, you can also rent ski boots and ski sticks. You tell us what you would like and we will organise it for you. In this way you can start your holidays in a relaxed atmosphere while your skis are being prepared in the best possible way.
Ski service Overnight
Ski Service in the Ski Hotel Alpenheim in Val Gardena/Gröden
Does the edge of your skis need to be trimmed? Do you skis need waxing? Is the running surface damaged? No problem! It is part of the Ski Hotel Alpenheim service to make sure your skis are serviced overnight- if requested. In this way you can start a new ski-day after breakfast with perfectly prepared skis. Simply leave your skis at the arranged place, tell us what you would like and we will take care of the rest. While you are lying in bed and sleeping soundly, we are making sure your skis are waxed, edged and the bindings checked. |
